Job completed for Matthew I.

Completion date: December 1, 2022

Location: Morristown, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search. They had a sewer back up affecting the first floor bathroom & basement. They were very concerned on how long it would take to clean up.

Solutions provided:

When our Project Managers arrived, they thoroughly assessed and documented the damages along with the Homeowner. They took photographs and measurements for insurance purposes. They explained in detail our plan of remediation.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying, cleaning and deodorizing the rooms. The team immediately started the sewage cleanup. They cleaned and decontaminate the affected structure. With the Client's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. They scheduled HVAC air duct cleaning and sanitation for sewage and odor. They replaced all air filters in the HVAC systems. They removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials.

The Homeowner was extremely grateful how our Team handled his urgency and the service that PDQ Restoration provided.
