The Clients found us through a Google search after having a water heater malfunction.

Solutions provided:

We arrived at the Client's home and inspected the damages. We discussed, with the Homeowners, the best solution to remediate the damage in their finished basement.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by placing the drying equipment; air movers, dehumidifiers and air scrubbers throughout their home. With the Client's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials.

We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. The Client was pleased that we could work directly with their Insurance Adjuster and Insurance Company, Nation Wide directly.
