The Client contacted us after finding about us from their plumber. They had a leak in their toilet causing sewage damage to the bathroom.
Solutions provided:
We arrived and assessed the damage. We spoke to the homeowners about our remediation plan.
Our team started immediately. We removed the unaffected content to a dry area of the home. We set up the high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers to begin drying the area. We bagged and removed the affected materials.
The area was dry within 2 days. The homeowners were very thankful that we were able to work directly with their insurance to cover the damage.
