Why did the customer contact us?

The customer contacted us concerning a pipe that burst, causing damage to his unfinished basement in his home.

Solutions provided:

When we got there we assessed the damage and then set up dehumidifiers, air movers and air scrubbers.

We cleaned and cut out the affected walls. Cleaned and treated the affected areas with an antimicrobial solution.

We also worked with his insurance company, FMI making sure the claim was closed out.

The customer was thankful that the process only took 4 days to complete. From drying to restoration.
