Why did the customer contact us?

The client found us through a google search after he experienced a small house fire within his kitchen that caused damage to the dining room and adjoining hallway.

When our Project Managers received the call, they prioritized the job and arrived within 45 minutes of the call.

They started by assessing the damages and discussed the plan of remediation with the Homeowners. The homeowners were thrilled when they learned that this would be covered by insurance and that we could work and bill their insurance company, Travelers, directly.

Our IICRC-certified technicians immediately placed HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin soot and odor mitigation throughout the home.

We sealed off the affected area. Our team cleaned and packed up their unaffected items and stored them in a POD of their property. We had our technicians remove the damage materials. The HVAC air duct was sanitized for soot and odor. All air filters in the HVAC systems were replaced.
