Why did the customer contact us?

Clogged pipe experienced excess pressure, which caused it to crack and leak slowly overtime. After some months of leaking water, the pipe started to deteriorate and burst within the wall, stemming from the upstairs bathroom while the client was brushing his teeth. The client didn't notice the water intrusion at first, because it seeped through the walls of the downstairs laundry room. The client noticed the water intrusion 48 hours after the pipe burst and called PDQ to rectify the water damage.

Solutions provided:

The PDQ team was called out to handle all water intrusion issues caused by the leaky pipe. The PDQ team cleaned up all of the water within the laundry room area and within the wall leading back up to the upstairs bathroom. The PDQ team replaced the broken pipe and relieved the pressure by removing all of the debris and hair clogging the pipe.
