Job completed for RONALD L

Completion date: July 11, 2022

Location: Mount Olive, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

Customer's water heater experienced a pipe burst while they were away on vacation for the weekend. There was a substantial amount of water that came out of the laundry room where the water heater was housed and seeped into the finished basement and garage. When the customer returned, there was about 3 inches of standing water that had been sitting for 2 days.

Solutions provided:

The PDQ team answered the service call within 3 hours of being notified on a Sunday afternoon. PDQ cleaned up all of the standing water. PDQ lifted up the carpets in the finished basement and placed dehumidifiers and fans to soak up all the excess moisture within the air, walls and flooring. PDQ completed all steps for proper mold remediation within the three areas of the lower level. PDQ replaced the pipe that burst from the water heater.
