Why did the customer contact us?

Customer was referred to us by a friend when an ongoing pipe leak from the upstairs caused severe water damage to the ceiling of the first floor.

The PDQ team arrived within 90 minutes of receiving the call. We did a thorough assessment and discussed our aggressive plan of action with the homeowners. The homeowners were delighted that we could work directly with their insurance company, All State.

Once we were ready to get started on the project, we packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. Then we removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials.

Our IICRC-certified technicians then started setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls throughout the home to begin the drying process.

The PDQ team visited the house every day until the house was completely dry and confirmed by performing a moisture test of the home.
