The Homeowners contacted us, they had 1 inch of water which soaked the carpet in their partially finished basement. Their sump pump failed.

Solutions provided:

The Team arrived and went over the scope of work with the Homeowner. They started immediately. They placed equipment to begin stabilizing the basement. They sealed off the affected areas. The affected materials were removed & disposed.

The HO was pleased that we could work and bill their insurance company, directly.
