Completion date: March 24, 2022

Location: Landing, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search. His condo experienced severe water damage from a leaking kitchen faucet on the second floor that streamed down the walls into the bathroom, hallway and basement on the first floor.

Solutions provided:

The PDQ Project Managers arrived within an hour of the Homeowner's call. They did a thorough assessment and explained to the Homeowner our plan of remediation. The Homeowner was thrilled to learn that we could work and bill her insurance company, directly, instead of him having to discuss the damage with them after everything he just went through.

To kickstart the project, our team sealed off the affected area and packed up all unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of his home. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials properly to ensure no exposure to any harmful particles.

Our IICRC-certified technicians set up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying his home and an antimicrobial solution was applied to all the affected areas.

The PDQ team visited his home each day to look after the drying process and completed the project with a positive moisture reading.
