Why did the customer contact us?

The Client was referred to us through a friend. They had a leak in the 2nd floor bathroom, and it leaked into the garage, below.

Solutions provided:

the PDQ team arrived to the home within 45 minutes of the call where they first assessed the damages and discussed the plan for remediation with the homeowners.

The Project Managers started by packing up the unaffected items around the impacted area and moved all of it to the POD which was located on their property.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up the drying equipment; high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin the drying process. They then removed, bagged and disposed of all affected materials.

We came back to the house every day until there was no sign of moisture within the air and the walls and the homeowners were pleased when they found out that we could deal with their insurance provider on their behalf.
