Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search looking for a water damage restoration company in Randolph, NJ. She said her HVAC Unit was leaking and it was causing water damage to her partially finished basement. When she called, she said there was standing water of 1 1/2 inches and there were multiple rooms impacted.

Solutions provided:

When we arrived, we assessed the damages with the homeowner, and found that luckily the bedroom was not affected. We discussed our remediation plan with the homeowner. She was pleased to learn we could work directly with her insurance company, Stillwater insurance, rather than her having to speak with them about the clean-up process herself.

After the initial assessment, our team immediately began the clean-up process by packing up her unaffected content and moving all of it to a dry area within her basement. We sealed off the affected area and then removed, bagged and disposed of all affected materials.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying her basement.

We visited her home each day to look after the drying process. It took only 3 days to completely dry out her home!
