Completion date: March 8, 2022

Location: Mount Olive, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The customer called found out about us through a friend who had a similar water intrusion issue last winter. This customer had experienced a toilet back-up in the finished basement that cause a flood and severe water damage to the entire basement, including the vinyl flooring and wood paneling.

Solutions provided:

The PDQ team assessed the damage with the homeowner and assured them that their home could be free of moisture and water damage with our thorough cleaning procedure.

Our team started by setting up air scrubbers and dehumidifiers. e then proceeded to remove all affected content from the impacted areas. We then cleaned all affected areas and removed the affected drywall.

The client was happy that we could work directly with their insurance company, State Farms.
