Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search. They had a leak in the 2nd floor bathroom which affected that bathroom, as well as the adjacent hallway and bedroom.

Solutions provided:

Our Project Managers arrived within 45 minutes of the original call and thoroughly inspected the damages with the Homeowner. They took moisture readings and determined the best solution to remediate the damage experienced within the home.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their home.

The PDQ team then proceeded with removal of the wet affected materials such as drywall, insulation and flooring. We then visited their home on a daily basis to look after the drying process and completed moisture readings to confirm there was no further moisture in the air nor walls.

The Homeowner was extremely grateful that we were able to help them navigate the insurance process.
