Job completed for David P.

Completion date: February 11, 2022

Location: Mount Olive, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The Homeowner found us through a Google search when they experienced a leaking pipe in their first-floor bathroom that seeped into the adjoining hallway and master bedroom down the hall.

Solutions provided:

When our Project Managers arrived, they assessed the damages with the Homeowners. They explained their detailed remediation plan and also let the homeowners know that we are able to work with and bill their insurance company, Met Life, directly.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin the drying process. They packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. We then recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items and then removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials.

We came back to the house every day until the drying process was complete and no moisture could be found within the walls nor flooring.
