Why did the customer contact us?

The client's washing machine experienced a mishap and filled her finished basement and home gym with over an inch of standing water. She had used PDQ in the past for a sewage issue, so she decided to give us a call to see if we could assist with this as well. She was happy to also be able to have her insurance company dealt with on her behalf, again.

Solutions provided:

We arrived within 60 minutes of the homeowner's call. We assessed the damages with the homeowner and discussed our plan of remediation.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying her exercise room and finished basement.

We covered her unaffected equipment and packed up the unaffected content and moved it to a dry area. We removed, bagged and disposed of the damaged materials.

We visited her home each day to look after the drying process, which overall took around 3 days.
