Job completed for Bruce Y.

Completion date: December 8, 2020

Location: Watchung, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The client was referred to us through a friend. They had a sewage backup and it went into the finished basement. They were concerned on how long it would take for us to get there and have a look at their situation.

Solutions provided:

Our Project Managers arrived within 60 minutes of their call. They assessed the damages along with the Homeowners. Our PMs explained the process of remediation to the Homeowners. They were very pleased to learn we could work and bill their insurance company, directly.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started the sewage cleanup, immediately. They extracted the raw sewage and began to clean and decontaminate the affected structure and contents. They packed up their unaffected items and stored them in a clean/dry area of their home. Our Team brought in air scrubbers, hydroxyl, dehumidifiers and air filters. They had the HVAC air duct cleaned and sanitized for sewage and odor. They replaced all the air filters in the HVAC systems. They removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials.

The Homeowners were extremely grateful how our Team handled their urgency and the service that PDQ Restoration provided.
