The Client found us through a Google search. They wanted an estimate on a leak they had in their bathroom.

When our Project Managers arrived on-site, they thoroughly assessed the damages, took moisture meter readings and discussed the remediation process to the Homeowner. The Homeowner was thrilled that it would be covered by insurance and we could work and bill their insurance company directly.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their bathroom. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. We removed and bagged the affected materials.
We visited their home daily to check on the drying process. The Homeowner was pleased that it only took 3 days to dry!
