The owner found us through a Google search. His
commercial property sustained a small water loss due to a clogged Bilco door drain. The carpeting and padding is involved.
Solutions provided:
A PM arrived at the property and assessed the damages with the Landlord. Our PM discussed the plan of remediation.
Our Team set up the drying equipment; high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls. They removed the affected materials.
The Owner of the property was pleased that we could work and bill his insurance company, Preferred Mutual, directly.
