The Client found us through a Google search. They had pipe leak in their first floor bath room as well as their kitchen.

When our Project Managers arrived, they inspected the damages and went over the course of action to restore the home properly with the Homeowners. Our PMs were able to ease their anxieties by learning we could bill and work with their insurance company, directly.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their home. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. We sealed off the unaffected area. With the Homeowner's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials.
We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. It took 6 days to dry the home.
