Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search. They had a leak in their laundry room and it traveled into their finished basement.

Solutions provided:

Our Project Managers arrived at the home within 60 minutes of their call. They inspected the damage and went over the course of action to restore the home properly. The homeowner was extremely grateful that PDQ Restoration was able to relieve their concerns by explaining what steps were needed.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their basement. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their basement. The team immediately began the water extraction process. After all standing water was removed, our team placed blocks underneath the homeowner's storage tubs and undamaged furniture, making sure there were no spots where moisture could hide and cause mold issues later.

With the Client's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials.

We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. It only took 3 days to dry!
