The Homeowner was referred to us through a friend. They had a pipe leak in their 1/2 bath on the first floor and it leaked into their finished basement.

Our Project Managers arrived within 60 minutes of their call. They inspected the damage, took moisture readings, and determined the best solution to remediate the damage in the home. The Homeowners were pleased that we could work with their Adjuster and insurance, Nationwide, directly.

Our team bagged and removed the unaffected items and stored them in a dry part of their basement. They sealed off the affected area. The drying equipment; air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers were set up to begin the drying process. Our team bagged and removed unsalvageable materials. They went to the house daily for moisture readings until the house was dry - 3 days!
