The Client was referred to us through a friend. They had water damage in the garage from their laundry room, above the garage.

Our Project Managers arrived within 90 minutes of the call. They assessed the damages along with the Homeowners and explained the plan of remediation.
Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their garage. They packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. They removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials.
They visited their home each day to look after the drying process. The Client was happy that we could work and bill directly, their insurance company, Travelers Insurance.
