Why did the customer contact us?

The Client was referred to us through a friend. 2nd floor bathroom leaked and caused water to the room below, the kitchen. The Client’s main concern was how quickly we can begin the drying process.

Solutions provided:

Upon arrival, our Project Managers thoroughly assessed the damage. They discussed the process with the Homeowners and assisted them with contacting their insurance company, State Farms. Once the call was settled, our Team could start.

Our IICRC-certified technicians placed a plastic cover throughout the kitchen to protect the cabinets from any damage. They bagged and removed the affected material. They set up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their home. The Homeowners were grateful for how PDQ Restoration handled their urgency.
