Job completed for John B.

Completion date: June 23, 2021

Location: Morristown, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The Homeowner was referred to us through a friend. They had a sewer backup and it went into their finished basement. The homeowner’s main concern was how quickly we can begin the cleaning process.

Solutions provided:

Our Project Managers arrived within 45 minutes of their call. They assessed the damages along with the Homeowners and discussed the plan of action.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by cleaning up the sewage and setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying and cleaning the home. They removed any unaffected items to a clean/dry area of their basement. They sealed off the affected area, bagged and removed all affected materials. The Team replaced all air filters in the HVAC systems and scheduled HVAC air duct cleaning and sanitation for sewage and odor.

The Homeowners were extremely grateful for the urgency and service that PDQ Restoration was able to provide.
