Job completed for Allan K.

Completion date: June 7, 2021

Location: Picatinny Arsenal, NJ

Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search. The homeowner’s main concern was how quickly we can begin the clean up. There was a plumbing problem. The ceiling in the hall and the Master bath was flooded.

Solutions provided:

We arrived within 60 minutes of their call. We assessed the damages with the Homeowners and explained our plan for remediation.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up the drying equipment; high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls. They sealed off the affected areas and removed the salvageable items to a dry part of their home. With the Client's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials.

We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. The Client was happy that we could bill their insurance company, Stillwater, directly.
