Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search. They had a broken pipe in the bathroom on the second floor which caused water damage to lower level of their home. The homeowner’s main concern was how quickly we can begin the drying process.

Our Team arrived within 90 minutes of the Client's call. We thoroughly assessed the damage along with the homeowners. The homeowners concerns seemed to dissipate after we discussed our detailed plan of remediation.


Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up the drying equipment; high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. We sealed off the affected area and removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials.
We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. The Client was happy that it only took 4 days for their house to dry-out.

The homeowner was extremely grateful that we could work directly and bill their insurance company, USAA.
