Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search. They had a washing machine leak and it leaked into their garage.

We arrived to the Client's home within 90 minutes of his call. When we arrived, we assessed the damages with the homeowners and explained our plan of remediation. We were able to start immediately.

Our IICRC-certified technicians set up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin the drying process. They dried and packed their salvageable items and moved them to a dry area of their home. With the Client's permission, we documented and removed the unsalvageable items. We removed all the damaged material.

The Client was pleased that it only took 3 days to dry out their garage. They were also happy to learn that we could bill their insurance company, Progressive Insurance, directly.
