Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us through a Google search. The washing machine failed and caused water damage to their finished basement. The Client's main concern was how quickly we could get out to him and help dry his finished basement.

We arrived to the Client's home in less than 1 hour! The homeowner was extremely grateful for the urgency PDQ Restoration provided. We thoroughly assessed the damages with the homeowners and discussed, in detail our plan of action. Our Team was able to start immediately.

Our IICRC-certified technicians set up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their finished basement. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. We sealed off the affected area, covered to protect their unaffected furniture. We removed all the affected materials.

We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. The Client was happy that it only took 4 days for their basement to dry-out. The Client was pleased that we could work with their insurance, Travelers Insurance directly.
