They had a Client's bouquet of flowers that caught on fire. There was smoke damage in a few of their banquet rooms.

When we arrived to the Client's business we thoroughly assessed the damages along with their Adjuster and the Clients. We discussed our detailed plan of remediation with the Clients.
Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by placing HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin soot and odor mitigation throughout the banquet rooms.
We deployed our cleaning technicians to clean the structure and contents. We schedule HVAC air duct sanitation for soot and odor, and replaced all air filters in the HVAC systems.
