The Client found us through a Google search. He had a storm in his area with high winds and a tree fell on his house.

We arrived within 60 minutes of the Client's call. We assessed the damage with the Homeowner and explained to him our remediation plan. He was thrilled to learn we could work and bill his insurance company, State Farms directly.

Our Team started immediately by setting up dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and air movers. They packed up the unaffected items and moved them to a dry part of the house. With the Client's approval they recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. They sealed off the affected area, removed all damaged materials.

The homeowner was extremely grateful how our Team handled his urgency and the service that PDQ restoration provided.
