The Client was referred to us through a friend. Their half-bath on the main floor, backed up causing water in the bathroom and the hallway.

When we arrived within 60 minutes of the Client's call, we assessed the damage. The homeowner’s main concern was how quickly we could begin the drying process. We discussed our plan of action and started immediately.

Our IICRC-certified technicians set up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to start the drying process.
We removed, bagged and disposed of the damaged materials.
We visited their home daily to look after the drying process.
The homeowner was extremely grateful for the urgency and service that PDQ Restoration was able to provide.

The customer was pleased that we were able to work and bill their insurance company, Philadelphia Contributionship directly. They only had to pay out-of-pocket their deductible.
