The Client was referred to us through a Google search.
Their water heater on the second floor, broke. Water leaked into office and their hardwood floors were cupping.

Solutions provided:

We arrived within 60 minutes of the Homeowners contacting us. We assessed the damages along with the Homeowners. We discussed our remediation plans. The Homeowners were pleased to learn we could work and bill directly with their insurance company, State Farms. The only expense they would incur would be their deductible.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their office. We sealed off the affected area and packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials.
We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. It only took 3 days to dry!
