Why did the customer contact us?

The homeowner was referred to us from his brother-in-law. The supply line behind his refrigerator in the kitchen went. The Basement ceiling tiles were damaged.
The homeowner was extremely grateful that we were able to relieve their concerns by explaining what steps were needed. The homeowner’s main concern was how quickly we can begin the drying process.
The Client was pleased to know we could work directly with his Adjuster and bill his insurance company, State Farms, directly.

When we arrived on-site, we thoroughly assessed the damage and communicated the remediation process to the homeowners.

Our Team started immediately. They installed air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubber machines to begin the drying process. Our Team sealed off the affected areas, removed and disposed of the water damaged materials. Their house was dry in 3 days!


The homeowners were extremely grateful for the urgency and service that PDQ Restoration was able to provide.
