They had a sewer back-up which affected their finished basement.

We arrived within 60 minutes of the Client's call. We assessed the damage with the homeowners and discussed with them our plan of action. They were pleased to know we could work directly with their insurance company, USAA.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started the sewage cleanup, immediately. They sealed off the affected areas, extracted the raw sewage and began to clean and decontaminate the affected structure and contents. They brought in air scrubbers, hydroxyl, dehumidifiers, ozone generators and air filters. They scheduled HVAC air duct cleaning and sanitation for sewage and odor and replaced all air filters in the HVAC systems.

The Client was pleased it only took 5 days to remove the sewage and dry out their home.
