The client was referred to us from a friend. She had a leak under her kitchen sink and it caused damage to the kitchen and finished basement below. She was excited to learn that we could work with her insurance company, State Farms directly.

We arrived to the home within 90 minutes of her call. We assessed the damage with the homeowner and explained our plan of remediation.


Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying out her home. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials.
We visited her home each day to look after the drying process. The Client was happy that it only took 4 days for her house to dry-out and thrilled she only had to pay-out her deductible.
