The client found us through a Google search. They had a slow leak and didn't realize it until their floors started to buckle.

We arrived at the home within 90 minutes of their call. We assessed the damage, took moisture readings throughout their home. We sat and discussed our remediation plan. They were happy to hear we could work directly with their insurance company, MetLife.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to start the drying process. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. We sealed off the affected area.
We removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials.
We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. The Client was happy that it only took 6 days for their house to dry-out and they only had to pay out-of-pocket, their deductible.
