The Client found us through a Google search. Their water heater broke in the crawl space. Hot water leaked for 6 days undetected, underneath the home causing damage to the entire first floor. The homeowners were happy to hear we could work with their Adjuster and insurance company, Progressive directly.

When arrived to the home within 60 minutes of their call, we assessed the damages with the homeowners. We discussed our aggressive plan of action.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls throughout their home to begin the drying process. They packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a POD on their property. With the Client's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials. The client was thrilled they only had to pay out-of-pocket, their deductible.
