The Client was recommended to us from a friend. They had a pipe break in their basement. Their finished basement, including their workout room, media room and bedroom had water damage.

When we arrived, we thoroughly assessed the damage with the homeowners and explained our aggressive plan of action. The homeowners were pleased to know we could work directly with their insurance company, State Farms.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin the drying process of their finished basement. We dried and packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. With the Client's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials.
We visited their home each day to look after the drying process, it took 7 days to completely dry out their finished basement.
