The Client found us through a Google search. They had a leak in their basement and it affected his office.

We arrived and assessed the damage with the homeowners. We explained our plan of action. The homeowners were pleased to learn we could bill and work directly with their insurance company, Progressive Insurance.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their basement/office. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their basement. With the Client's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials.
We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. The Client was happy that it only took 4 days for their house to dry-out.
