The Client found us through a Google search. The sump pump failed and it affected the finished basement.

We arrived within 60 minutes of the Client's call. We assessed the basement, along with the homeowners. We discussed our remediation plan and started immediately.
Our team set up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying the basement. We packed up their unaffected items and moved it to a dry area of their home. We used Injectidry to dry inside the basement walls. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected material.
