The Client found us through a Google search, read our reviews and contacted PDQ Restoration.

Their portable fan caught fire in their bedroom on the first floor. There was extensive damage in the bedroom, as well as smoke and soot upstairs.

We arrived to the Client's home within 60 minutes of their call. We assessed the damage along with the Clients. We discussed our remediation plan. They were relieved to learn we could bill and work directly with their insurance company, Liberty Insurance.

Our Team started immediately. They set up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and Ozone generators to begin cleaning the home. We sealed off the bedroom, cleaned, packed up and moved all their unaffected content to a POD on their property. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected material.
