Why did the customer contact us?

The Client had 4" of water in basement from the ground and leaking windows due to Ida. The Client was happy to hear that we could work directly with their insurance adjuster and insurance company, State Farms.

Solutions provided:

We assessed the situation and explained to the Clients our remediation plans.

We started immediately and set up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their basement. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected material. The Client was happy to hear that we could work directly with their insurance adjuster and insurance company, State Farms.
