The Client found us through a Google search. He had a pipe break which caused water in his basement.

We arrived within the hour. We assessed the damage with the homeowner. We explained to him our plan for remediation. He was pleased to learn we could work and bill directly his insurance company, MetLife.
Our team started immediately. They set up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to start the drying process. We packed and moved his unaffected content to a dry part of his home. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected material. His house was dry in 3 days!
