Why did the customer contact us?
The Client contacted us, they had a sewer pipe break on the sump pump causing water damage to the basement.
Solutions provided:
We assessed the damage with the homeowners and explained our remediation plan.
Our team started immediately. They set up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying the basement. We sealed off the basement, packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected material. The Client was pleased that we could work directly with their insurance adjuster and insurance company, Plymouth Rock.
