Why did the customer contact us?

The Client found us on Google search. A Pipe broke and caused damage to her finished basement.

Solutions provided:

We arrived to the Client's home within 2 hours of her call. We assessed the water damage and explained to her our remediation plan. She was so happy to learn that we could work and bill her insurance company, CHUBB directly.

Our team started ASAP. They set up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying her home and contents. They packed up her unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of her home. They removed, bagged and disposed of affected material, including the rug. It took 3 days to dry her home.
