Why did the customer contact us?

The Client called due to a flooded basement from Storm Ida. In addition, there was a fire in their garbage. The basement has burnt walls, doors, and there is soot throughout the entire home.

Solutions provided:

When we arrived to the Client's home, we did a walkthrough with the homeowners to assess the damage. We explained to the homeowners our plan of remediation. Our team was able to start the next day. We set up Ozone and Hydroxyl generators, air filters and air cleaners as well as dehumidifiers.

We removed all affected material. We cleaned, packed and stored their salvageable content in a POD at their home.

The homeowners were pleased that we could work directly with their insurance company, Cumberland Insurance. And thrilled to learn we have a NO SMOKE ODOR GUARANTEE!
