The Client liked what he saw and read about us on Google. He had mold and didn't know where it was coming from.
Solutions provided:
When we arrived to the Client's home we assessed the mold damage with him. We talked about our mold remediation process. He was pleased that we could work directly with his insurance company, Hanover Insurance.
Our Team packed up their content in the affected area and moved it to their garbage. We sealed off the affected area. We removed and cleaned all mold affected areas and had air scrubbers and filters set up.
The Client was very pleased that we found the leak and knew the job was done correctly.
