There was a fire originating in their kitchen which caused water damage to the kitchen and the basement.
Solutions provided:
We arrived and assessed the damage with the homeowner.
Our team immediately set up air scrubbers, air filters, air movers, dehumidifiers throughout the home. We cleaned the contents of their home. We tore out wet drywall, cleaned up the area, bagged for disposal. We applied a plant-based Anti-microbial agent to the affected areas.
The homeowner was happy to know that we would work directly with their insurance company, Traveler's Insurance.
