The homeowner contacted us due to a pipe leaking in the upstairs laundry room, causing damage to the room below.
Solutions provided:
When we arrived to the home, we assessed the damage with the homeowner.
Our team was able to start that day. We set up dehumidifiers, air movers and air scrubbers throughout the home. We closed off the affected areas.
Our team removed water damaged ceiling, walls and flooring.
The homeowner was pleased that we could work and bill his insurance company, Homesite/Geico directly. The house was dried in 3 days!
